Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and scan merchandise orders with high accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets.
- Operate basic warehouse software and handheld scanners.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
