Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counting and organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures precisely.
- Basic Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to operate handheld scanners or computers.
