Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to identify damaged goods or packaging issues and report them immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous employment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- High School Diploma: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with handheld scanners or basic computer systems is a plus.
