Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality targets.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
