Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Manage inventory accuracy by scanning items and maintaining stock levels.
- Package and prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Order Picker) as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
