Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and organize inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- License: Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
