Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently handle freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Organize, label, and accurately count stock within the warehouse facility.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work area by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize scanning equipment and handheld computers to track inventory movements and order processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to ensure timely processing of daily orders and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Day shift).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly for safety and operational purposes.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
