Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure all inventory is organized, labeled, and stored correctly to optimize workflow.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing stock to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible shift times.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn barcode scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID required.
