What You'll Do:
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock organization and inventory counts to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided) to move heavy loads.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity before dispatch.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the facility using appropriate equipment.
- Execute daily picking, packing, and labeling tasks with high accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
