Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking products to ensure accurate inventory levels and organization.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct and orders are dispatched on time.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with potential for weekday shifts during peak seasons.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and complete paperwork accurately.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all positions).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
