Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock movements.
- Ensure all packages are labeled and sorted correctly for dispatch.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
