Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
