Responsibilities
- Execute complex warehouse operations, including high-volume order picking, packing, and scanning with zero errors.
- Maintain a pristine, OSHA-compliant work environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Conduct rigorous inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to optimize workflow efficiency and meet tight deadlines.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, demonstrating expert handling skills.
- Uphold the highest standards of company policy and procedural integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended shifts.
- Demonstrated proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a strong asset.
