Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate receiving, stocking, and organization of merchandise.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and needs in a friendly, professional manner.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operational Support: Support the lead team with daily operational tasks and reporting.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet weekly targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
