Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Scan and verify inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
