Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and verify incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shifts) with flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but training can be provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
