Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently process orders and prepare packages for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on the job. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are your main requirements.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends exclusively (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and physical handling of goods.
