Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently during shift hours.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies, ensuring documentation is complete.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent basis.
