Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack merchandise for shipment to customers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles organized to ensure efficient workflow and prevent accidents.
- Customer Service: Ensure all packages are handled with care to minimize damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
