Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Efficiently handle freight and inventory using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check, sort, and process incoming stock items.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts) safely and according to protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic counting and inventory tracking.
