Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves and in the stockroom.
- Organize displays to ensure a clean, inviting, and safe shopping environment.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the backroom and sales floor.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, dollies) safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
