Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store, providing a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and explaining product features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a part-time basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
