Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products to exceed sales targets.
- Operations Management: Oversee store operations during peak weekend hours, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale systems.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining attractive displays and organizing the sales floor to drive impulse buys.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and replenishment.
- Store Maintenance: Uphold cleanliness standards and safety protocols throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours on Saturdays and Sundays (including holidays).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
