Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move stock.
- Inventory Control: Accurately scan, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to ensure on-time delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals and operational standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations and common areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality is required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Documents: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
