Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain warehouse accuracy.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed at all times.
- Package and label items according to shipping standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse role but preferred).
