Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 8-12 team members during shifts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
