Responsibilities

- Warehouse Operations: Perform manual picking, packing, and labeling of orders for distribution.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hire).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
- Customer Service: Resolve minor discrepancies and assist in answering general inquiries regarding orders.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and willingness to learn new processes.
- Experience: No previous experience required – we provide the training!
