Responsibilities
- Operate machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and attendance.
- Documentation: Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
