Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Monitor quality control metrics and report any issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
