Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Operate heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock organization to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety quotas.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first month.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
