Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload freight trucks in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
