Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight trucks and containers while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory using warehouse management systems with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality assurance checks on merchandise before it leaves the facility.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn how to use handheld devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
