Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform receiving, stocking, and inventory control tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery with strict adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the warehouse floor and equipment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
