Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate team of 5-8 associates to maintain productivity standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines
- Process weekly payroll documentation and performance reports
- Address operational challenges with proactive problem-solving
- Train new associates on equipment handling and procedures
- Communicate daily priorities with management team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license for facility equipment operation
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Reliable transportation to Indianapolis location
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
