Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and motivate the weekend workforce to meet production quotas and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Resolve operational issues and address customer inquiries promptly during the shift.
- Ensure all paperwork, including time sheets and reports, is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail management.
- Previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and remain flexible with shift hours.
