Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Oversee all daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy during the weekend shift.
- Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of 10-15 associates, conducting daily briefings and shift turnovers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, oversee cycle counts, and ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA standards) to maintain a accident-free work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform spot checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quality and quantity.
- Problem Solving: Address operational bottlenecks immediately and implement solutions to maintain workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday consistently.
- Skills: Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and RF scanners.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
