Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift to ensure production targets are met.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipments.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations immediately to minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily shift reports and maintain accurate records of productivity and labor hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
