Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations for the weekend shift, ensuring all production targets are met.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the receiving team to manage stock accuracy.
- Train and mentor new staff members to ensure high-quality performance standards.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Generate and review shift reports to track productivity and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
