Responsibilities
- Coordinate team of 8-10 weekend warehouse associates during peak hours
- Monitor inventory accuracy and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment checks
- Resolve operational issues with real-time problem-solving
- Submit daily performance reports via our mobile app
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support cross-functional teams during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in logistics/retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix facility
