Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout the facility
- Maintain organized and clean work areas, including proper stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Conduct quality control checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete daily inventory counts and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
