Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
