Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse activities during weekend shifts, ensuring efficient order processing
- Manage inventory counts and reconciliation tasks using digital systems
- Train and supervise 2-3 weekend staff members on safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to weekday management
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
