Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to clients visiting our DC and Florida locations, ensuring a positive experience.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in maintaining store readiness, inventory organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with weekend leads to meet daily performance goals and operational targets.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
