- Process orders, returns, and account adjustments with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve complex shipping and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in our CRM system.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional feedback to management regarding customer trends and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or operations is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Reliable transportation and availability for weekend shifts.
