Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and inventory management during weekend hours.
- Process incoming customer orders and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to facilitate seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times.
- Report operational issues and suggest improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Raleigh facility.
