Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure production targets are met with high accuracy.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to maintain our industry-leading standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization of work areas.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Complete all necessary documentation and digital logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote operational hygiene.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the facility.
