Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, and receiving
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ weekend staff across logistics and fulfillment departments
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity and handovers
- Monitor KPIs including safety compliance, order accuracy, and delivery timelines
- Resolve escalated issues and make real-time decisions to maintain service levels
- Prepare comprehensive weekend performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in logistics/warehouse management with weekend shift leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA certification and extensive safety protocol knowledge
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and cross-departmental communication
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
