Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inventory and stock levels with high accuracy during weekend peaks.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment of weekend shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred but training available).
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing products.
- Assist in reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami location.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
