Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operational activities, including inventory control, logistics, and customer service during weekend shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of 15+ employees to ensure optimal productivity and high morale.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategic initiatives to improve service speed and accuracy.
- Handle complex customer escalations and resolve issues with a focus on retention and brand loyalty.
- Conduct safety audits and enforce strict company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to forecast weekend staffing needs and inventory requirements.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in pristine condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or retail leadership.
- Proven track record of leading teams effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays, as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
