Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all daily warehouse operations and logistics activities during weekend shifts.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and address customer service issues immediately.
- Prepare and review shift reports, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under time constraints.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
